I did not receive my password reset code email
If you haven't received your password reset code email, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder
Password reset emails can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Open your email client and check those folders for an email from Everyset.
Step 2: Request a new password reset code
If the email is not in your spam or junk folder, go back to the login page and request a new password reset code. Then check your inbox again — the new email should arrive within a few minutes.
Step 3: Check that you're using the correct email address
Make sure you're entering the email address associated with your Everyset account. If you're unsure which email you used to register, try any other email addresses you may have used.
