If you run into problems with your payment, vouchers, or account, the Background Support team is here to help. Here’s how to know who to contact and what information to provide so your issue can be resolved quickly.
Step 1: Contact Payroll Support by Email
- Email support@everyset.com for all payroll-related issues.
- Include the following in your email:
- Full legal name (as listed on your tax forms)
- The production you worked on
- Date(s) you worked
- Voucher number(s), if available
- A short description of the issue (e.g., missing payment, name mismatch, voucher error)
Step 2: What Support Can Help With
- Questions about payment timelines or missing payments
- Issues with direct deposit or mailed checks
- Errors on vouchers (wrong name, hours, or pay amount)
- Updates to bank information or tax forms
- Account access issues (locked account, password resets)
Step 3: What Support Cannot Do
- Assign or book you for background work (contact Casting for that)
- Change your call times or on-set details (contact Production for that)
- Approve vouchers (only Production can approve before payroll processing)
Step 4: Tips for Faster Support
- Always include your work date and voucher number if you have it.
- Use the same email address you registered with payroll.
- Attach screenshots or documents (like your voucher) if they show the issue.
