Overview
All background actors need to submit a Direct Deposit Form to get paid quickly and securely. If you didn’t receive the form during onboarding, don’t worry—it’s easy to access.
Step 1: Check Your Email
- The Direct Deposit Form is usually sent in your onboarding email.
- Search your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for emails from Everyset.
- Look for a subject line related to onboarding or payroll setup.
Step 2: Log In to the Payroll Platform
- Go to the payroll login page.
- Log in with your email and password.
- Navigate to the Forms or Account Setup section.
- The Direct Deposit Form should appear as part of your required documents.
Step 3: If You Still Can’t Find It
- Contact Background Support at support@everyset.com.
- Include in your message:
- Your full legal name
- The production you worked on
- Your work date(s)
- A note that you didn’t receive the Direct Deposit Form
Payroll will resend the digital form and unlock access if needed.
Step 4: Complete and Submit the Form
- Once you have access, fill out the form with:
- Bank name
- Routing and account numbers
- Account type (Checking/Savings)
- Upload a voided check or bank slip for verification.
- Click Submit to finalize.
Pro Tips
- Setting up Direct Deposit prevents payment delays and avoids lost checks.
- If you change banks, you’ll need to submit a new Direct Deposit Form.
- Keep a screenshot of your submission confirmation for your records.
