Why Did My Direct Deposit Fail?

I submitted a Direct Deposit Form but received my payment as a live check - why?

It could be that you had not yet completed the form when your timecard was processed, or the direct deposit information that you provided was not able to be validated by the payroll company.

You can check what information is on your Direct Deposit Form, by logging into your account on the Payroll App.

From there, click Documents in the top bar, and click into the Direct Deposit Form.

You can then review the information you input into the form, and can also download the form you completed and the photo you attached.
