Why can't I access my payroll documents or sign my timecard?

Everytime I click on a document or a timecard to sign, it takes me back to my profile.

This happens because of a cache issue on your browser.

Please do a hard refresh on your phone's browser by clearing History data, and browsing data - Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.

If using a Microsoft Windows computer, Ctrl+Shift+R

If using a Mac computer, Cmd+Shift+R

You can also try to do this via the Everyset payroll mobile app instead. Download the Everyset mobile app from the appstore for iOS or Google Play Store for android. Log in with your username and password. Click on DOCUMENTS to access your startwork. Or click TIMECARDS to sign your digital vouchers.

We found that for most of our talents, working on and/or accessing their documents is easier done thru the payroll mobile app.
