What Should I Send to Talent with Their Booking Info?

To ensure talent shows up to set prepared, here is a sample of what we suggest you send them along with their booking information.

"PROJECT NAME" is utilizing Everyset, a SAG-AFTRA approved digital onboarding and voucher system. You will receive an email from them to create an account on https://onboard.everyset.com/.

Once you receive this email, please complete the following steps:

1. Create an account.
2. If you are SAG, add your SAG ID to your profile.
3. You must complete all required documents in the "Documents" tab before arriving on set (I-9 first).
4. On your workday, bring your proof of identity documents with you to set so your I-9 can be verified.
5. After your workday, sign your voucher on Everyset in the "Timecards" tab.
