Is it important to sign and submit all forms?
It is mandatory to complete the I-9, W-4, and any other State required forms on your Everyset account. We will not be able to send your timecard to the payroll company for payment until you have completed your employment documents.
Each of your documents should have a status of "Submitted" or "Signed," unless it is clearly stated that they are "Optional" - like all Direct Deposit Authorization forms. If you do not sign up for direct deposit, the assigned payroll company will send a printed check to the mailing address listed on your I-9.

Additionally, you may need to complete a different set of forms for each employer as some of them are tied to the project you are hired for. We autofill forms for you so you will just have to sign to complete similar documents you have submitted for a past employer, but it is important for you to review the autofilled information before submitting them to ensure it is still correct.
