Your I-9 and taxes documents are the most important documents you need to submit.
All performers being paid on projects using Everyset must be paid as a W2 Employees.
This means we must collect your I-9, W-4, and any State Withholding Tax information for payroll tax purposes.
All documents are important. However, without an I-9 and tax documents properly completed and verified, your payment on the project will be delayed.
Our advice is to complete these documents first. Once you are onboarded to a project by Casting, the system will send you all of the documents you need to complete/submit. Please take note that you must have a registered account on the Payroll Portal in order to submit your documents and sign your timecards.
