I Received an Error Submitting to a Job. What Should I Do?

If you ever encounter an error while trying to submit for a job, please send the following information to castingsupport@everyset.com.

  • Screenshot(s) of the error(s) that you received
  • Name of the project that you were trying to submit to
  • Name and date of the role that you were trying to apply for
We will manually submit as available to the role, and look into your account to fix the error.
