I Didn’t Receive A Timecard - Why?

Why have I not received a timecard for the time I've worked?

If you worked on a production and have not received a timecard within 48 hours of your wrap time, that is a major concern. More often than not, the email address Everyset has on file for you is a different email address than the one that you used during sign-up. 

Contact the Casting Director that hired you and confirm that the email address is correct. If it needs to be corrected, Casting will need to reach to Everyset to update your email address so that you can receive and approve your timecard.
