How to import all Background info via Excel or Google Sheets

When you log in on production.everyset.com, you will want to go to the Casting tab.
Before you start, you will want to make sure you have your Role Types set. You can find more information on how to do that here.
Once those are set, you will click "Import" at the top of the screen, and then click "Download CSV Template"
You will then upload/import this into either Excel or Google Sheets. It will pre-populate a sample role, which you can delete.
The fields of phone number and minor are optional - all other rows must be filled out. You can format your information in the following ways:

You will then export/download the spreadsheet as a .csv file.
Back on the Casting tab, you will click "Import" again, and upload the file to the site.
The information will be uploaded to the site all at once, along with the rate information you set in Role Types.
