How to set up an account on the Everyset's Casting App and Payroll App

Everyset offers productions two key services:

The first is Everyset's Talent Portal - a database that Casting Directors use to source Background Actors for work. This is only accessible through a web browser and does not have a mobile app.

As a Background Actor, we encourage you to create a FREE profile at the Talent Portal and keep your casting profile up-to-date. 

Everyset sends out casting calls via email and text. Your best chance of getting hired is by creating a full profile on our Talent Portal. That way, Casting Directors will see your profile and invite you to set your availability for their upcoming projects when they search our database. Keep a look out for email with roles that match your profile as well.

The second is Everyset's Payroll Portal - our SAG-AFTRA approved digital voucher system that productions use to digitally onboard Background Performers, generate timecards, and send payroll data to a payroll company. This one has a mobile app and is accessible thru a web browser too.

Everyset's Payroll Portal/App is where you will complete your start paperwork and approve your vouchers/timecards.

If you have been booked for a role, you will receive an onboarding email from the Casting Director and links to the documents you need to complete. Please note that in order to complete your documents and sign your timecard, you will need to create an account first.

Please ensure that the email address and phone number you register with on Everyset is the same as the one you’ve provided to the Casting Director, as this is where your payroll documents will be accessible.
