After logging in on production.everyset.com, navigate to the “Start Work” tab. You will see a list of all employees in the project, along with the start work documents that have been sent in the digital start work packet.
To download the submitted start work documents for a specific employee, select the employees and go to the "Actions" dropdown at the top. "Download Merged" will send one PDF of all submitted start work, while "Download Separately" will send separate PDFs.
The email you are logged in with will populate, and you can add the emails of anyone else who should receive the files. You will be sent a .zip file with the documents shortly.
To download by Document, rather than Employee, you will got to the "BG View" dropdown and select "Document View."
Clicking into a document will bring up all employees that were sent it. To download the submitted documents, select employees and go to the "Actions" dropdown. You will then be able to download all of the submitted start work documents.
